Manifesting Growth

To manifest means that something is "readily perceived by the eye or the understanding; evident; obvious; apparent; plain(dictionary.com)."

To me, I gather that the definition means to bring and idea to the light. I created the image to the left "Pray to get better and meditate to manifest" because I believe that when you meditate you are actually manifesting what you want to be "evident" or "apparent" in your life.

I went to Yoga for the first time the Monday before Thanksgiving this year and our mantra for the session was "I am free." Our instructor told us throughout the session how "I am free" can be said in regard to almost anything such as I am free from struggles, I am free from stress, I am free from boundaries I place on myself, I am free to accept the blessings in my life. The mantra "I am free" is a manifestation of what people, what I want to be. I would love to embody the mantra and find myself in a constant peaceful space where I don't feel like I am constricted or bounded by anyone or anything. When I left the yoga session, I felt so carefree so happy as though I had just left the best massage ever, and I was healed and ready to go about life freely. Which, I think is because the more you take the time to get to know yourself internally and mentally and be able to meditate you can manifest positive energy within yourself and then channel that positive energy to your actions to the people and things around you.

I hope that everyone who reads this takes the time to have time for yourself. Give yourself a few minutes, or an hour, go get a massage, or go to an actual Yoga session and create a mantra for yourself that you can say whenever and wherever you are to balance yourself to give yourself a flow of positive energy. I have been using the mantra "I am free" all week and anytime I feel negative or someone makes me negative I remember that I want and strive to be "free" of negative energy whether that be negative inner thoughts or toxic surroundings. Create a mantra that works for you and that will work anytime for you.
